Our Service Guarantee
We think IT is too critical to your business to leave to any kind of chance. That's why we underpin every contract with a Service Guarantee. We're so confident of our expertise, consistently high service and customer satisfaction levels, we'll only ever ask for a maximum one month's notice if you wish to end your service agreement with us.

Our service-led approach has helped IT Support Desk to grow steadily from a standing start in 2001, purely on the strength of customer recommendation.
Today our dedicated team services over 200 clients who range in size from 10 work stations to complex networks for over 500 users.

We're pleased to say, that since 2001, we have never lost a client to another supplier or been asked to end a contract because of poor performance. On the contrary, many our original clients are still with us today, and many of our customers consider us more as business partners, than suppliers.
