Planned Maintenance

To consistently get the best out of your IT network, regardless of size and complexity, an ongoing plan of scheduled maintenance must be undertaken.

Ensuring that all necessary software updates, hardware servicing, and system checks happen in line with warranty requirements, vendor update schedules and at times that cause minimum disruption to your day-to-day operations can be quite a challenge for businesses without an in-house IT team, or with limited resource.

We manage planned maintenance for customers ranging in size from 20 to 200 users, across a wide range of software and infrastructure platforms, and even across multiple time zones, enabling their teams to concentrate on more strategic IT issues and keeping the day to day business operations working as they should.

A typical maintenance programme will include ensuring all users’ machines are updated with the latest bug fixes and security updates of common software to servicing of network devices such as printers and servers.
